In this study, it was tried to determine the opinions of administrators and teachers in public and general high schools on the implementation levels of the FAT?H Project, which was put into practice in the 2012-2013 academic year. The survey model was used in the study, and the study population of the study consists of 58 school administrators 835 teachers working in 16 high schools in Muratpa?a district of Antalya province where FAT?H Project is implemented in 2012-2013 academic year. For the research, 51 administrators (88%) and 270 teachers (32%) were selected from this population by simple random method and the sample was formed. FAT?H Project of Administrators and Teachers' FAT?H Project Usage Questionnaire prepared by the Ministry of Education, General Directorate of Educational Technologies was used to measure the views regarding the implementation levels of the Ministry of Education. For the survey analysis, frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance tests were used. The significance level of the differences in the study was taken as .05. In the findings regarding the use level of Fatih Project in Education, administrators and teachers stated a "high" level of positive opinion in terms of self-efficacy and project returns, and the participants also stated that the necessity of organizing teaching processes according to FAT?H Project requirements was at a "high" level.
